Express Peppermint Candy Bows (Print Version)

Quick, crunchy peppermint bows made with crushed candies, ideal for festive decorating and gifting.

# Components:

01 - 7 oz peppermint hard candies (about 25 standard-size pieces)

→ Decoration (optional)

02 - Edible glitter or sprinkles, as desired

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
02 - Set oven temperature to 300°F.
03 - Unwrap peppermint candies and place them on the prepared baking sheet in bow shapes, formed by two overlapping circles joined at the center, leaving space between each bow.
04 - Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until candies soften and begin to fuse without bubbling.
05 - Remove from oven and while warm, press candies gently at the center with a greased spatula to form a bow shape. Pinch the center carefully with greased tongs or fingers to enhance definition if desired.
06 - Allow bows to cool fully on the baking sheet until firm.
07 - Before candies set, sprinkle with edible glitter or sprinkles if using.
08 - Once cooled and firm, lift bows off parchment paper carefully and store in an airtight container.
