01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped

02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks for tree trunks

05 - 1 tsp coconut oil for glossier chocolate
# Directions:
01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place chocolate and optional coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer melted chocolate to a piping bag or a small zip-top bag and snip off a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced apart on the parchment sheet to serve as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick to form triangular Christmas tree shapes.
06 - Sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls onto the wet chocolate immediately.
07 - Allow the chocolate trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel trees off the parchment and serve or package for gifting.
